$295 per night plus 10% local tax (2 night minimum)
This charming old barn was recently updated and is now a very comfortable space for guests looking for a secluded environment only 2 blocks from Nevada City’s downtown. Located on a wooded full-acre, the barn features an updated full-kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, and updated cabinetry and countertops. New carpeting throughout and a bathroom with a large stone-shower stall with glass doors and designer hardware. All new cookware, Restoration Hardware’s 600-threadcount bedding and towels, plush down and down-alternative pillows, new flat-screen TV with Direct TV, wifi, a wood-burning stove/fireplace, and a large hot tub for guest use. The barn features a large bedroom with a new queen-size Beautyrest mattress, and also a large comfortable queen-sized pullout couch in living room. There is also a large parking area onsite for 1 car, very important as it’s nearly impossible to park in-town during all of Nevada City’s wildly popular events. Note: Owners reserve the right to shared hot tub use.
