Guests requiring further accommodations may be interested in occupying the Main House in addition to the Two-Room Suite, Garden Studio, and Barn and can occupy two additional en-suite bedrooms within the owners premises for guest use. By occupying the main house, guests enjoy exclusive access to the home’s large open scale living / formal dining areas, spacious kitchen, beautiful walk-out deck overlooking the property’s vast landscape, patio, yard, and BBQ.
**This is a quiet and tranquil neighborhood welcome to guests looking for a calming retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Nevada City’s Downtown. Separate Owners Quarters located onsite not available for guest use.
