Just 2 blocks from downtown, this garden studio has been updated with new flooring, new Beautyrest mattress on a full-sized bed for up to two guests, a refurbished claw-foot tub, new flatscreen TV with DirectTV, wifi, and a serene sitting area outside its front door. Also we have a large parking area onsite for 1 car, very important as it’s nearly impossible to park in-town during all of Nevada City’s wildly popular events. The property is surrounded by towering sequoia redwood trees and mature landscaping.
